Cancellation Policy
As a service based company we understand that life and situations change daily and we have to pivot in order to save time on some occasions. WeCleanHouston.com has set in place opportunities for you to cancel or reschedule your clean, we ask that you do so within 24 hours before your clean is scheduled to be done. This allows us to communicate with our staff and also fill canceled spots on our calendar. Violation to follow our cancellation policy will result in a non-refundable charge of $100.00 for drive-time.

We Guarantee your time. We know how important timeliness is for service-based companies, and we respect your schedule. if we are more than an hour late to your appointment, we will clean your space for free.
